Booking Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions shall constitute the entire, binding agreement between CHASKIS (doing business as Boulder Training Mecca, LLC) and the person or persons named on the booking (hereafter referred to as the “Client”) relating to the subject matter herein.
The contract and booking is made with, and services will be provided by, CHASKIS.
By booking a trip, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship, the cancellation policy and limitations of liability. These Terms and Conditions affect your rights and designate the governing law and forum for the resolution of any and all disputes.
All persons wishing to make a booking have carefully read and understand the Terms and Conditions that follow. By making a booking with CHASKIS, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking, including minor(s) and/or person(s) with a disability to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when CHASKIS sends a trip confirmation email. It is at this point that a contract between CHASKIS and the Client comes into existence.
CHASKIS reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion.
CHASKIS will contact you within 24 hours to confirm receipt of your deposit. Receipt of your deposit does not necessarily mean that your trip is confirmed to run. CHASKIS encourages you to refrain from purchasing non-refundable travel until you receive email verification from CHASKIS that the trip is confirmed to run.
Please ensure CHASKIS is on your contact list so our emails don’t go to your junk folder!
Deposits & Final Payments
CHASKIS allows clients to book a trip with a $500 (USD) deposit. When trip is booked, CHASKIS will notify Clients of the final payment deadline. If the final balance is not received by the due date, then the booking cannot be guaranteed and CHASKIS reserves the right to cancel the booking.
All trip prices are quoted and payable in USD. CHASKIS is not responsible for any fees incurred due to currency exchange or fees charged by your credit card/bank for processing funds in another currency.
We understand that plans may change and we will allow Clients to transfer a deposit to another trip within the next year if done more than 120 days before the booked trip. Please note: You may only transfer your deposit one time. After you transfer a deposit, the deposit becomes non-refundable. If the Client requests an alternate tour of a higher value than that originally booked, then the Client must pay the difference in price.
- For cancellations more than 120 days prior to arrival – All monies refunded less $150 cancellation fee
- For cancellations 90 to 120 days prior to arrival – All monies refunded less $300 cancellation fee
- For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival – No refunds are available for your deposit
CHASKIS reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason. We will make the cancelation decision 90 days prior to the event. In this case, clients will be refunded all payments including the $500 deposit.
CHASKIS reserves the right to cancel any trip due to Force Majeure (e.g. natural disaster, forest fire, forest closures or other issues outside of CHASKIS' control). In this case, Clients will be refunded all payments excluding the $500 deposit.
CHASKIS is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the Client may have incurred as a result of the booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc.
