Thoughts on intermittent fasting. I've been doing some intermittent fasting over the last 4 months now. I do it 3-times a week (following the 16/8 rule) I really like it, not only because I've lost some weight, but also because I feel more focused. I recently saw a video from the Joe Rogan Podcast where the guest(Dr Peter Attia) talks about the benefits of IF. I thought it was pretty interesting!
